        Had an 1:45pm appointment and made it there at 1:20. No one was there when I made it there and I was told to wait outside until 1:45. Not in the lobby but outside in the cold until 1:45. I told him to just cancel the appointment and with a smile he said ok. I felt discriminated against and am disgusted. Not even a have a good day Wow

        Tim and the whole staff is absolutely great! Mike the manager is very helpful and honest and is willing to help you get the car that you want and not just trying to get a sale out of you. This place is awesome!
