Bought a car from here sales man Luis took care of me and in less then probably 4 months my cars engine was not working anymore I spent over 5 grand getting a new engine. Please do not buy your cars here ! Luis has yet to answer any of my calls and text about my vehicle problems. Very unprofessional would not recommend

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN OF CHEVYS. LAST WEEK MY WIFE AND I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE BECAUSE MY CAR WAS NO LONGER FUNCTIONING AND MY WIFES CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS WHEN THE STORM HIT HER VEHICLE WITH A TREE. WE THEN DECIDED TO PURCHASE A CHEVY TRAVERSE FROM CHEVY OF NAPERVILLE BUT THAT WOULD ONLY LEAVE US WITH ONE VEHICLE. Al momento que t entras a este local te va a tratar sper bien y te va ayudar hasta en lo que no pueda para que no salgas del establecimiento sin haberle comprado un auto. Claramente aqu acuden solo personas que no tienen mucha experiencia en comprar autos y este sujeto se aprovecha de ello. Como deca, todo bien ah me vendi un auto aparentemente bien, pero no estaba nada bien. Para empezar el auto estaba con sobreprecio, pero bueno eso suele pasar cuando compras algo en un local serio verdad? Porque uno asume que si paga mucho ms de lo que realmente cuesta un producto al menos este va a ser garantizado. Este local no es serio. A los dos meses se dao la transmisin del auto que me vendieron la cual cuesta mas de 4000 dlares. Result que el tal Luis no es una buena persona y all conoc un poco a todo el grupito que est detrs de este negocio pero para que entrar en detalles, el punto es que no se hicieron cargo de nada. Porque en el nico momento que aparentemente son serios es para cuando se respaldan en documentos que te hicieron firmar mientras estaba en su jijiji para venderte el auto. En conclusin NO COMPREN Y MUCHO MENOS SE ENDEUDEN POR AUTO QUE VENDAN AQU. QUE MI EXPERIENCIA SIRVA DE EJEMPLO Y NO SUFRAN LO MISMO QUE YO TUVE QUE SUFRIR. ANTES DE COMPRAR UN AUTO INVESTIGUEN MEJOR E INFRMENSE CASO CONTRARIO VAN A PASAR POR UNA TRAGEDIA QUE SE LES VA A SALIR DE LAS MANOS.
