Penske Failed us! We had a reservation for our truck today 5/1/2021 at this location for pickup at 9:00am. We arrived about 10 minutes early. The Home Depot person behind the counter took our name and reservation number and did confirm that we had a valid reservation. Long story short, Penske gave away our truck to someone else. They did NOT honor their guarantee. And Home depot did not offer to help either, stating that Penske fell through and not them. So we were left out in the cold! We’re home now trying to figure out how get couches, beds, and book cases out of our current place and into our now home. I’m sure Penske could care less about our plight.
