Used to be good, but now the aisles are disorganized and confusing. Someone who appeared to be a manager was yelling profanities and threats down the aisle about wanting to shoot someone when the store was packed with customers. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.

I recently made a purchase at your Clarks shoe store on thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Upon attempting to return the shoes, there was a dispute with the cashier who claimed that the shoes had been worn. I want to clarify that these shoes were not worn by my wife , we brought the same on Thanksgiving and straightly we brought to return the same bag In fact, I believe they were in this condition when we made the purchase. Please make sure you dont sell the used shoes to the customers and try to blame on us when we return The Cashier was straight on my face saying that you wore the shoe , WE Didnt Touch the Bag at all , it unacceptable when he was saying that to me I am not here to request a refund , Left the shoe at the Store , please ask the Cashier who was not able to handle the customer in a right way to donate shoe or if he wants he can keep it Thank you

I love Clark's so getting a deal on their shoes is lovely. However, they tend towards giving deals for 2 pair of shoes. When one can only find one style in one's size, it discourages a purchase when one is only buying one pair.
