I had an AWESOME experience at Mattress Firm in Aurora. I was warmly greeted by Wayne. I wanted to purchase a new bed but was overwhelmed with all the options. Wayne listened to everything I wanted in a new bed and advised me on the type of mattress to get. Boy did he deliver! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. There was never pressure to buy something I didn't need. Please visit Wayne at the Aurora store. He gets it right and will give you a great deal!

Wayne Withers was AMAZING!! He helped us purchase a mattress back in February 2019. There was a defect in the mattress (not his fault) that did not appear until 7-8 months later (after the 30 day in store policy), Wayne assisted with helping get us through the online claim process and w/in 7 days we got a response from claims that we were approved to go in w/in 30 days and get a new mattress or pay the difference for a new one. Wayne not only assisted with this but also made this a seamless new transaction. We were impressed in February with Wayne's knowledge, openness and character. As of November 2019 he was the exact same which was awesome! From the 1st to the 2nd transaction Wayne always had our best interest at heart. He never tried to up or down sell but gave us options. I think we dang near laid on every bed in the store with explanations on what that mattress had that the previous didn't or vice versa. I learned a lot from Wayne and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is truly the best in every aspect of the word!! Thank you Wayne!!
