        Terrible repair experience. DO NOT use Sears Appliance Repair. Tech was supposed to be at my home between 10am-2pm. Well it's now 4:30 pm and I have not heard from anyone. Multiple attempts have been made to contact Sears online and by phone. Totally impossible to reach a human and have received no updates. Truly pathic service and such a shame. Sears used to be a decent company. Will never try to use again. Service: Washing machine repair
