I always have gone to Lens Crafter in Park Ridge, and been happy. This year was complicated with my favorite glasses not at Lens Crafters anymore. Well this store in Arlington Heights was so helpful when I had some confusing questions.Ania took the time in-between customers to answer my questions!! The thing is I'm not her customer. Really helpful!! The reason I can't get a pair of glasses to look, and feel good good is because the Tory Burch glasses I need are size 47 inch. Most if not all are 50,51s,49!! Please bring some smaller frames band. Thank you , MLG

Today 3/24/2024 came back to this place and I was treated well by Rechel, honestly my first time to this store was not impressed the way I was treated by one of the gentleman there and I left that day with bad image, but today would like thanks Rechel she treated me with customer care with respect and I left the store when I'm happy and got what I wanted.

Excellent service!!! They were promit and attentive. Helped me out with all I came in there for and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended location here. Everyone were really friendly.
