        Sinem was very sweet she helped me get my glasses tightened!! The other employees were very hospitable as well my friend picked up her glasses with the help of another woman and everyone seems very efficient with their work.

        Everyone was so informative and helpful. My optometrist is my favorite and I've seen her the last three times I've had my eyes checked. I had a thorough eye exam, learned all about my options re cataract surgery, and a recommendation for a surgeon with the option to hold off on surgery following pictures taken of my eyes to determine glaucoma, size of cataracts, and retina health. No dilating drops. A more complete eye exam than my husband had a week before at the Hospital. My insurance covered my exam, and since I had little change in sight, there was no pressure to get new glasses, just information if I want to get new ones in the future. And after I'd left and was in my car, they called me to say I'd forgotten my personal water bottle. I started toward the door, and there was the young lady who took pictures of my eyes carrying my water bottle to my car. Really thoughtful thing to do! I felt completely taken care of this visit. THANK YOU Lens Crafters Northbrook.
