My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed to purchase a master bedroom set and a kitchen table. We looked at several places and were impressed by the options available in the showroom. We eventually picked out a kitchen table and five piece master bedroom set and were told that delivery would take 8-10 weeks. After 10 weeks had passed and we had not heard anything, I started calling to get an estimate. To begin with, they couldn't even find our order by name, address or otherwise. I was told they needed an invoice number. Okay, no problem.
When I called them back with an invoice number, an associate told me he would look into the order status and call me back. After several days of not hearing back, I called back again. Same thing. Finally on my third attempt, an associate told me the kitchen table set was in, but that it would be approximately 4-6 additional weeks for the master bedroom set. Meanwhile, my pregnant wife and I are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It's now going on 12 weeks, and while we finally received the kitchen table a few days ago, they still cannot tell me when our bedroom set will be delivered.
Save yourself a lot of hassle by purchasing your furniture elsewhere. We are now looking at purchasing the exact same bedroom set from Carson's, at the same price, with a guaranteed 4-6 week delivery. Had we done this in the first place, we would've had the same furniture 6 weeks ago. To add insult to injury, the staff was rude and dismissive when I called to inquire about the status and nobody calls you back. This place is a total joke. Never again.
