Bought an umbrella for my pool deck last summer and am super happy with the quality. It's way different from what you would find in the big box stores. Also just picked up a Primo kamato grill which is the only one still made in the USA. I'm new to cooking with kamatos, but so far I'm impressed. This is a family owned business, they really go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommended!

Yesterday John and Chris came over to replace our pilot light which was not working. Not only did they fix that, but they completely checked everything, vacuumed out the fireplace, put in new embers, cleaned the glass and probably did even more that I was not aware of. They left their working area spotless. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, but in addition to all of that, they asked me to come outside to see where our evergreens were starting to burn because they were growing too close to the vent. They advised me trim that in order to prevent a fire. That never would have happened if they had not drawn my attention to it. Northwest Metalcraft has always been a superior company for our needs. Scott has done endless things for us, and now we can add John and Chris to the list of their exceptional employees. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were truly grateful.
