We had a great experience with this company. They helped us choose the best carpeting, were very nice and helpful, and did a great job with installation. We put wall-to-wall carpeting in two homes and both turned out great. The installers showed up when scheduled and were very nice and respectful.

The lady who you have to talk to in order to place the order and appointment is the MOST unprofessional and unorganized person. My mom made an appointment in order to get new carpets. We moved everything in our house and they call us at the midnight the night before to tell us that the carpet they ordered was defective. My mom never saw the phone call and they didn't even have the decency to call us back again in the morning to tell us. The front desk person had no idea what was going on and the contractor had to call us back and let us know. Couldn't deal with the rudeness of it all. Even if I have to wait 5 more weeks, I would never give them my money. Just know what you are getting in before signing anything with these people.

We used Carpet Values for all of the carpet, tile, and laminate flooring in the new house we built. We checked around on pricing, nobody lower. We were on a tight schedule because our lease was ending. We needed tile and carpet on exact dates and they were there. Very happy, will use again.

Hired Carpet Values Carpet One to re-install pre-existing carpet. They never showed on scheduled day (had to take off work to be home) and couldn't get anyone to answer phone. Re-scheduled again (took off work again) when they finally called back and they never showed, AGAIN. Asked for a refund. Disappointed as I wanted to hire a local company to do the work.
