I was out of town, only heading back into town for one week before leaving again, and I decided I needed to get some new carpet installed in my house to be scheduled during the week I was in town. The week before I was due back in town, I called Brian and explained my very limited timeline. Brian responded in such an amazing way! He was able to pick out the perfect carpet and get it scheduled and installed that next week while I was home!! He truly went above and beyond to help me get the perfect carpet!
