When we received our production run, the parts did not meet the print. after several attempts, we requested our money back. On June 6th 2019 our rep. Donna Bergl said they would request refund to be processed. Since then, we have had no phone or e-mail contact regarding this. They no longer return our calls or e-mails. When you call you only get voice mail.
