Love this store. Just there again today with a little phone issue. Cameron and Nautica were super helpful and very nice. Truthfully we had a great time while things were charging and downloading.

Went in to pay my phone off with Sprint and switch sim cards to Tmobile. The salesman was a liar made me feel like I was being an easy customer as I was being. I paid my phone off was looking at ordering two phones he told me will be next week got email from t mobile which stated shipping jan 24th so I cancelled order. But what really made me mad was the fact that he told me my bill would be same as my sprint bill but have more features. He then proceeded to ad protection plans to my phone without telling me and I looked at the app this morning and my bill on phones that I own mind you was 60 dollars higher than what was told. I will not go back to this location for anything not a charger not a phone not ANYTHING. I am an easy sell but do not lie to me.

You just scammed my parents with an iPad deal after they spent 2 1/2 hours in your store. Now I can't reach you by phone and neither can they. You need to clearly tell people they will have to pay for the iPad monthly. The store down the road was much more honest about it when I called them, and they answered their phone.

Recently got a new phone for both me and my husband they where super helpful and friendly and also helped set up our military discount. The store is spotless and clean and the workers are all very friendly.

Was a loyal Sprint customer and then they were high jacked by Tmoblie. Started having issues with service and dropped calls went in and they switched my Sims card out for Tmoblie card. They sold me glass protective cover 40 and said if cracks they replace for free. Corner cracked go into the same store and same guy said our district manager doesn't honor it. TMOBLIE SIM CARD IS WORSE then Sprint. Done!!!!
