The WORST service I have received from the agent George in 34 years of having insurance. I am in my 50s and I have had State Farm since I was 18. My husband was involved in a couple of accidents last year and after 34 years I was dropped without notice or call from the agent. When we were devasted and running around trying to figure out new insurance this guy literally said "I don't know what to tell you, get a divorce so you have separate policies". That is the level of unprofessionalism this guy has. This year our mortgage informed us that our home owners insurance has gone up from $1350 to $2338!!!! We have never even made a claim. The insurance never sent a notice of the increase so we called him and he said he didn't know what to tell us...he did send it out. I said a follow-up call would be nice to make sure your clients are aware. I expressed the lack of communication and courtesy and still upset because he Never notified us that State Farm was dropping us last year and he said . "Hey nothing is going to change that I am not the one who got into the car accidents."... What kind of a person says that to their client!!!! If you are looking for good service, courtesy and a respectable client agent relationship...take your business somewhere else!!!
