        I went to Douglas Ball Allstate Agency I asked him for a car insurance he never contact me again after I gave him all my info, a month later he send me a letter with my name incorrect that they cannot insure my car, the same day I went to other company they insure my car in the spot, sorry Douglas I can't wait for a month to insure my car, Allstate shoulbbe more faster giving answer, I really don't recommend that place

        Very friendly staff, they answered every question that I had, and if I had to call the office with a question or a request, they were prompt with a response. They even followed up. They make me feel that me and family are well taken of.
