Carmen is an outstanding person. Always has a welcoming smile & personality, she’s an amazing agent that will go above & beyond for her clients. Explains everything in detail & makes sure you don’t leave her office confused. I highly recommend her.

Horrible customer service on behalf of Carmen Gonzales. Never picked up my phone calls when needed clarification, never called back when she said she would but would make sure I get charged more than what she originally told me, every month for my insurance. suggest you go to another farmers ins office.

Carmen has a great eye for detail. She goes over all of your coverages as to make sure you fully understand and feel comfortable with your policy. So glad I made the switch!! Highly recommended!!

Carmen is one of the best agents i have had. When I transferred to Farmers Insurance with her I knew I was in good hands. She was super helpful and I am 100% sure I will stay with Carmen and her amazing services.
