Dr. Porter is very nice and you can tell she loves dogs. She is very thorough when she does the chiropractic and laser therapies. The veterinarian assistants are all great with the dogs too. The water therapy has really improved my dogs quality of life!

The vet seemed good with my dog. She gave her a laser treatment for inflammation and then did a chiropractic adjustment. Unfortunately, the next morning she was worse than the day before. I called the vet's office to ask what I should do. They told me to go to someone else, get x-rays and some anti-inflammatory meds. We were just visiting and lived in another state, so I asked if she could just give me a prescription for some anti-inflammatory meds. She refused to give me the prescription. Not sure why. My dog was in pain until we got home two days later. Perhaps she didn't really do a good job with my dog.

Excellent service very very knowledgeable and empathetic people lots of solutions that are not available in a regular veterinary practice

Disappointing experience. Our dog wasnt given a very thorough exam and was treated roughly during the hydro therapy session.
