        They got us in quick for a trim for my pups nails as he won't let me do it. They did leave a few hanging pieces from the side of his nails but they booked our appointment quick and got him in and out quickly

        STAY AWAY! Super unprofessional, wants you to drop your pet in some room and walk away with no explanation as to what is going to happen or even see the people who are handling your pet. If you get a busy signal don't try to call back too close together they will call your work to tell them to tell you to stop calling, and tell them they don't have time to talk to you (but apparently have time to be excessively rude). The building looks sketchy from the outside, wouldn't know what the inside looks like since your not allowed in. We can get our hair cut during COVID but can't have a 5 minute in person conversation with the vet about your sick pet? I thought masks work? I would never take my pet here, COVID or NOT!
