I am usually a really relaxed person and have no problems. However this morning when returning a 6x12 trailer to this location I was humiliated and belittled by the employee working the counter. As I walked in I said Hey man hows it goin? Like I do to most people. Not a word from him. The only thing he said to me after a minute or so was I guess I should get some neon signs out there for the rental return sign. This is where he messed up because as I drove in, I saw the sign and was about to turn down the return lane, however there was another employee on a machine driving right at me. Naturally I pulled up and rolled my window down to ask him where I should go. Not only did he just wave us on farther in to the parking lot, but he never even looked up to talk with me. Honestly I shouldnt be this upset, but as I walked away from the guy at the counter he snorted with his mouth as if I was the one who had messed up. Employees working have no people skills at all, and then blame you when they never had them convo with you in the first place.
