        I worked partly online and partly in the office with Cookie. She was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! The unit I got is just right for my needs and easy to find and access. I feel very comfortable with the security and the ease of access to my unit, especially with my being disabled. I would definitely recommend Northwest Storage in Post Falls, ID!
