        I love Giant Storage! Such great, personable people working in the office! The complex is clean, and modern. THE PRICES ARE UNMATCHED! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top of the line storage facility at a great price.

        They actually have a decent place and is very secure and they will work with you on your storage units plus they are also very accessible from the highway

        Easy one call storage unit set up. Seriously, I called, said what I wanted, at the end of the call had unit, gate code, and paperwork to sign via email. The entire process was less than 8 minutes.

        Went in to rent a storage unit. Asked to look at the unit and was told they do not show them. Asked on how I would know on how big a unit I would need and I was told I dont know. That was the end of our conversation. Horrible customer service!
