        In May i was in desperate need of a storage unit after another place fell through. Ross Point came through in a huge way. Jessie was incredible getting me all setup. 100% would rent here again.

        Reserved to pick up a uhaul here and the lady was extremely rude.

        Was sent here to pick up a Uhaul that was reserved 28 miles away. Staff was funny and nice, but it took several days for them to begin to process my deposit return when I was told it would be processed the same day.
