These guys do very low quality work. Do not use them. Replaced lugs saying they were oem, but didn't fit the removal tool, ended up being caps. How'd you like your family left stranded due to shabby work? Inethical shop avoid at all costs.

My starter went out on my car and it was quite the task to get done so I took it here and they struggled with it at first but got it done! Car is as good as new! Being a broke kid I wish I could've payed a little less though aha

I purchased new tires at Costco and they have a program for alignments (and other services) where they partner with a local shop. Quality Alignment and Mechanical is the local shop in Nampa. I called on Saturday, not knowing they were closed, and left a message. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call 8am on Monday. I have never had that type of response to a message. I was able to schedule an alignment the next morning at 8am. I was called at around 8:35am telling me the work was complete. The price was less than any other shop had quoted. Their documentation is clear and easy to understand. The entire time, I was met with a friendly, relaxed attitude.
I highly recommend Quality Alignment and Mechanical.
FYI - there is a nice little coffee shop less than 2 blocks away - a great place to wait.
