Aaron's

I have thought very hard about this scenario in which to report to others. I wish to post this on this format for anyone thinking about using AARON'S. I would like to state that we are not the perfect customers, though we have never missed a payment. My reason for the advisory is that we received our Washer and Dryer broken, on top of that our Fridge was broken by them when they moved it in. It has been over a month and no one has come to fix it. They are coming to get them at my request as I no longer have interest in a company that has no support system and has now placed the blame on me, when I have done nothing but showed good faith in my tasks.

Very rude delivery people. They parked the delivery truck in a handicap reserved space. I happen to be one of those people with limited mobility with a valid handicap placard. Do your employees know that there is a $100 fine for parking illegally?

very unhappy with the service. Was buying a bed from them and I made continued reports about the bed being ripped. They sent someone out to take pictures but never filed a claim. When I tried to get them to pick the bed up they refused to take it back. I will not be making payments as I have asked them to come get it since they were not willing to fix the problems. Not a good place to rent to own from.

The people working at Aaron's are personable, kind, considerable, willing to help in any way possible. My experience with Aaron's has always been welcoming and warm and desirable. I will recommend Aaron's to ALL my friends and family. The team at Aaron's made me feel comfortable and at home with them. I had set my phone down while searching for my first New living room furniture and Aaron's team found it and called me immediately to let me know it was there.
