We are sorry this happened. There are many employees in the store and often cell phones are even used to take calls from customers and vendors. If this was a personal call our employee was on I am truly sorry about this. However, there should have been no issue in finding help from any one of the employees in the store if one person was tied up. How long were you in the store? I have to admit several times I have mistakenly assumed a customer had already been helped until they asked me for assistance. Did you see anyone else available or ask someone for help while you were there? I will definitely address the situation about personal calls which should be taken in the office, but with three salespeople and four backroom employees in the store hopefully you were able to get the service you needed.
