Messed up our policies several times. He Actually messed up terribly and had our mother In laws rv insurance auto deduct from our BANK account for over 2 years. WE ARE NOW DEALING WITH TRYONG TO GET THAT BACK SINCE IT WASTN EVEN OUR POLICY!!! And didnt have some of our other vehicles actually on the policy. Ridiculous . Also forgot to put our homeowners insurance on when he switched it and we had to pay the banks outrageous insurance for a couple months to make up for his mistake. Awful. ROYAL SREW UP.

I was with another insurance company for 10 years, I bought a new camping trailer and was suggested to talk with Fred Garcia. First off he was very helpful and easy to work with. After shopping my home, auto and ATV insurance with Liberty Mutual. I actually got better coverage and saved about $900 a year in all.
