The Tuning family has taken care of our insurance needs for more than 15 years, and we could not be more pleased with their service. Gilbert, Lynn, Amanda, and Andrea have all been responsive and efficient when called upon. They proactively review our policies, informing us of updates and recommendations, always in a professional, yet personal manner. Gilbert recently stepped in to advocate on our behalf following an accident claim. Standing behind his clients, he worked to support us and make things right. Following our annual policy review with Amanda today, I am reminded of why we keep our insurance needs covered by the Tuning team at Farm Bureau. They are a family who cares about my family, working diligently to care for our insurance needs. We couldnt ask for a better insurance team than the Tunings!

I have been with Gilbert and Lynn since 2006. I have been treated well and they have always been fair and reasonable. I value having all of my insurance under one company. I recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for insurance.

Honestly they were good to me for years u til they never contacted me when my insurance lappsed only reason that was an issue is because I was late a couple times because switching jobs and they never told me I had to come in or call in to make the next month's payment. Definitely needs some more work on their part. Especially when it comes to hard times for us who pays them
