Wendy's

The customer service here is awful. Not only did she mess up my order but she also didnt say a word to me once i got up to the window. The only thing she told me was the total of my order. AND on top of that my fries were burnt. I do not recommend eating here.

All around, poor service. The employee got us a Coke fountain drink. The Coke was spilled ALL over outside of cup. We asked for a replacement cup and the employee looked confused as to why we asked for a replacement cup. The Frosty was given right after payment for the food and we waited 8 minutes for the nuggets and our order to be done. In the mean time, the frosty is melting. We're finally given our 4 for $4 meals after the nuggets were done cooking. Part of the nuggets order was cold, not fresh. They had apparently been sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. The fries were undercooked, soggy and limp and cold. They too were sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. Before we left, we asked for a replacement Frosty, one that was not melting. You could tell the emoluee didn't take his job seriously. He mumbled that he was tired. THE absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. And this review comes from a former Wendy's employee (35 years ago).
