A man named Rob called and said I had a bill in collections. It was with a company I have never done business with. He was very aggressive and kept asking for my birthday and last 4 of my social security number to confirm the account. I refused and asked him to tell me what info he had on file and I would confirm if it was mine. He then repeatedly asked for my credit card information. I told him I was not giving him any information and also not paying a bill that was not mine. He yelled that he was sending me to collections and hung up on me.
I called the company whom he said I was past due with and they confirmed that I did not, and have not ever, had an account with them.
Seems fraudulent.

i don't like being harassed by the companys employees,
i'm a person on very limited income, they want me to pay a
bill that the service was horrible ans the company turned it over to
collections and now i'm being harrased by cbs collections.
Rob is very rude and continues to harras me at my training site
i will not talk to him and when i asked for his supervisor he said it was
his decission on how to handle my case. and the company that he is collecting for
went out of buisness because of there poor service. i feel rob who ever this man is
needs to go to some training himself how to handle the community.

Dave was very unprofessional, calling me I have called a few times to work out what this bill is and if valid . but with no luck may be a fraud company
