Not surprised by their one star reviews. These people have zero communication skills. Turning $200 into $1700 and making threats to garnish instead of working on a payment schedule. Get real

These people are deceitful and I'm sure doing something criminal. I made a payment in full. Few months later I get another letter saying the balance has not yet been paid. I pulled up my credit card with the date and amount and it was billed through Red To Black. This is very deceitful trying to recharge people using different billing companies. Please be cautious of these people and make sure you have kept all your receipts luckily I always do. One star is too many for this company. Idaho State needs to stop these criminals.
