I am so thrilled to write something good. Had some work done in the service department this week. Right away when I first called and spoke with Justin I believed I would be well taken care of. My belief was proven out. Great work, great customer relations, great people. Mr. Nelson should pay whatever it takes to keep Justin, he is a great investment for you.

I took my trailer in to have some warranty work done on it. It was there for about two weeks and I had 6 items that needed attention and the most important one was the screws are falling out of the bracket on the Murphy bed. All of the screws are still tripped and loose. It doesnt even look like they touched it. Also there is a block of wood that is mounted to the side that the bed brackets slide into and the block is about ready to fall off the wall still. I also had them fix the wall that is behind the stove that was popping out. They fixed the wall but left me with a nice mess on the floors and the countertop. Im not the type of person to complain about stuff but when you pay $21,000 for a trailer I feel like the workmanship should be a little better than this. I will now have to take it back and not be able to use my trailer again this weekend or I will just fix it myself.

Worked with Justin. Not as fast as Camping World, but faster isn't always better. Great service. Willing to listen and address your concerns. If something isn't right, they fix it. Was told about them by friends, know where I will go from now on with my concerns.
