Bretz RV & Marine

We recently had a great experience with the Jason in the service department of Bretz RV. We were asking a simple question, which he answered and then when we were pulling out of the parking lot, a horrible metal on metal sound was coming from our right front wheel. We went in to ask Jason if they work on things like that. He immediately dropped everything, came out to the van, and got on his back to look under it. After listening to it, he reassured us that we could drive it a ways to get it looked at at a nearby brake shop. He was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. We will go back again when we need something that they do handle.

We worked with Parker, who was very patient with us even when we came multiple times in a day and even needed to see things at their other location. The process overall was enjoyable and all their staff was very attentive to ours needs. Thanks for helping us find our camper!!

Russell was up front with details on how they would sell our trailer for us. He was easy to work with and very thorough. Would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. And yes the trailer sold in record time.
