The general manager won't call me back 5 requests. The customer service manager nobody can find him they claim you dont work there David.But he wants me to call him. I bought an RV from him, why can't he call me? David, please find your employer, he doesn't know you work there. Dennis Dillon doesn't know you. The receptionist there says you might work at Subway. Guys, it's only a $30,000 RV. I bought a leaking cheap RV. Take care of me are don't, it's okay. However you're going to pay for not calling me, for not taking care of me, for not caring about your customer because he's out of state. Get ready for the pain. Picketing in Boise soon losers. Wow, what a terrible experience. Looking to purchase my first boat. Just came in after a day of fishing with the kids. Have a pair of boots and blue jeans on with a dirty shirt due to being at the river. I don't have a lot of experience with boats so was looking for guidance and what exactly I should be looking for. Greeted with a judgemental employee that kept talking about how expensive the "other" boats were. Showed me the absolute cheapest with no options. Even mentioned that looking for a cheaper boat on marketplace could be a solid option. Didn't ask my name or for any information other than what my price range was multiple times and how I intend on paying for it. Not even a solid greeting. I'm sure me looking rough for the day was his opinion of me instantly. Considering I own a successful business and I was shopping for my business partner and I this was extremely disappointing. Ultimately, looking for 2 boats and both of us can easily purchase any of the boats they have. So ridiculous, I've been in sales for a long time, this is one of the worst experiences I've had in the last few years. Plenty of places to choose from, I highly recommend looking somewhere else.
