        This company excels at government manipulation, cronyism and extracting money from Boise taxpayers through incompetent and corrupt urban renewal agencies such as CCDC. To date, Boise taxpayers (mainly Boise schools, fire, and police) have given this private company over $20 million in corporate welfare for their privately held buildings. The corruption between Gardner Company, CCDC, City of Boise and their other cronies who are mutually enriching each other at the taxpayers trough, should go down as one of the greatest frauds in Boise's history. I consider their construction capabilities as subpar.
