Absolutely Horrific!!! The owner is no longer Justin - his name is NICK (Nicholas) Fleming and if you look him up he is NATURE'S ELITE from Boise & Meridian per Secretary of State - and never renewed license! He took over the business, has high turn over, never on time, was RUDE when I called last year. He showed up unannounced last year, broke our sprinklers, and never introduced he was a new biz taking over for landscaping. Even as this was a year ago, and I was kind enough to give him another shot and refer my neighbor too! OMG - we have videos of him breaking our Concrete Curbing (only a year old) - with the riding lawn mower, he never acknowledged it, he looked and kept riding, he also knew we were home, then peeked in our backyard hesitating on mowing, and said it was cause our dogs were out - LOL! Then be professional and knock on the door as we let them out to pee!!! Lazy, rude, entitled, and Nick the OWNER is hostile and said he will call it even and not charge me for a few visits as I am a nightmare - and refused to fix the intentionally broken curbing and was very demeaning via text three days later...RUN - this Owner is abusive! His business will not last - hence the 3 star reviews!!! Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Garden tidy-up

Unprofessional and rude!!!! I rarely leave reviews but the owner Justin is rude and extremely unprofessional! Never do business with this company! If your neighbors have hired this company make sure you protect your trees and landscaping. He was trimming MY trees on MY property and when I caught him on video (he was hired by a neighbor of mine). When I approach him he denied it and wouldn’t give me his name or company at first.....I had to go over and get it for myself off of his shirt. Then he proceeded to get verbally abusive with his language. Not cool!

My lawn has standing water on it so the lawn and only tree is dying. Have tried to contact the owner of this company multiple times. It is a company hired by HOA due to a lawn maintenance contract. They have also reached out with no success.

I used to mow my own lawn. We had a baby and a new job is taking a lot of my free time so I decided to give a lawn service a try. Nature’s Elite has been the best decision I’ve made for my lawn and saving my weekend time and It has never looked better. I’ve referred family to them. They are seriously great at it. They let me know what days they are coming to fertilize so We can keep the dog inside. I’ll be hiring them again next year.
