        My history with this company is quite lengthy. It's an unfortunate day when your star goes from a 5 to a -1 after 3 years. I will share on another more interested panel but had to get a 1star for my Google peeps!!!

        I brought in an Ipad to have the glass replaced. When I picked it up, it would not power back on. I returned it to the Broadway location, the tech explained that sometimes when they replace the glass there is a small plastic piece that can get damaged causing the Ipad to not turn on. He told me he would take to their other location for repair. I did not hear back, I have called and stopped in several times trying to retrieve my Ipad and it can not be located. I would really like to get my ipad back or be refunded for the repair and the cost of the Ipad. I would not leave anything with this shop.
