2 new staff [ employees ] young female work in us bank 3614 W. State St . Boise , ID 83703 on 06/24/2021 both was very Rude , impolite , arrogant , and both say we 're manager not staff [ employees ] when I ask for the us bank manager and I'm sure they lie [lying] , both refuse to help me when I ask for help to send Fax 2 paper one to Neurology clinic and other to another bank , I do not have car , both Reject help me and I'm old customer since 2013 , even they was very rude with the customer service agent , the female staff that have long black hair was very very rude tacky with me and with the Albertson customer service , I hope if I can complain against them , because of the both bad staff I give one star .

all the female employee that work in 36th us bank branch was bad Rude since 2021 until now only today 0n 12/03/2012 I found young female cute kind , not rude , , I ask her about her name , she told me that her name is Rylie Sirhall , she have long blond hair and blue eyes and but eyelashes , I hope if they still work her , she told me she will work on 12/04/2021 and 12/05/2021 only , because who work on 12/02/2021 was very bad , rude , she have short hair , and about the male employees , all them good except the red hair employee.
