Allsave Car Rental

All save rental rented us a car with previous parking fees attached to the car. We were forced to pay the fine in order to park otherwise the car was going to be towed. We tried to get the co. to refund the fines previously attached to the car but have had no luck. The company will not return our calls or emails. We have very unhappy with the service. The company will not even answer their phone let alone return calls. Stay away from this company.

Dont rent here - I got a Mustang with giant scratches and scrapes all over and it ran like a beater (left front tire making a wump-wump noise and smelled like it was burning dirty gas). Went to return the car today at 10:45am and there was no one there, doors locked and parking lot blocked by a big tow truck? Tried calling the number and had to leave a message. I ended up parking the car in the street and put the keys in a box behind the building?? Hopefully they dont charge me a bunch of extras because I couldnt do a walk through with the agent..

We rented from AllSave Rental in Kihei and found it to be a great experience. They pick you up to get the rental and take you back to your place as long as its a reasonable distance. Can't beat that! The cars may have a few ding marks, but certainly driveable and comfortable. Good enough for us. The rental rates are extremely inexpensive. I highly recommend them. All of my dealings were with Brienne and she was awesome to deal with. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job.

I was rented a car with bald rear tires. One tire was so bald it had the metal cords showing around the inside edge of 2/3 of the tire. Not only is this highly unsafe and they jeopardize my family saftey, it's also illegal per the Department of Transportation. Little do they know, I have worked in the aftermarket tire industry for almost 2 decades. I called multiple times no call back. As it being a cheap rental place. I didn't care about the smell or stains.you get what you pay for. I went home for Thanksgiving not a car show. But renting a unsafe vehicle that my wife and child were in, I draw the line. I have pictures and videos of said tires and the vehicle license plate. Would have been much cheaper to just return my phone call. Also don't fall for their pre-paid gas. Their sign said their cost to consumer is $4.14 per gallon and local cost is $5 dollars at a gas station, when in fact the do not have their own gas pump trying to get rid of gas. The gas across the street is $4.14 at Safeway. They do this to charge tourist more gallons than the car needed to be full. If someone from Allsave reads this my rental agreement was OGG-93875, you have 1 week from today to reimburse me or well will see if you return my attorney calls. Ill also be back on island next month. Mahalo Nui Loa
