Enterprise Truck Rental

I arrived to enterprise vehicle rental, I asked the service representative if they do walk in, because walk from servo Honolulu and needed a car. The representative asked if I had service invoice number? Then proceed to call servo Honolulu, if I could get service invoice number and passed on information to representative for enterprise vehicle rental, was able to get better rate after giving the information from servco Honolulu.

Great attention to detail service and friendly staff. I was able to get my car quickly and upgrade based on their availability. They spend the time by getting the car for you and reviewing the car before you drive off.

Aloha I have been a member of Enterprise for many years but have not had the opportunity to use there truck and Ban services till recently. I cant say enough about there new facility on Nimitz Highway by the airport. The staff is courteous and professional. As well as efficient. I have dealt with many rental companies in my lifetime and these people do the right thing and care about the relationship with the client. I would highly recommend creating a relationship with them. Loyalty pays off with them. Mahalo
