Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

I've been renting equipment from the crew here for years now . Good people and decent equipment for the area.

We couldnt have been more pleased with the entire team and experience at this HomeDepot tool rental office. They truly went above and beyond a customers expectation. I believe it was a young woman named Shanna but she was particularly helpful and kind to my girlfriend while she was picking up and dropping off our rental saw. I would definitely suggest to any friends to use this shop and will always consider them for future prospects.

DO NOT RENT VANS OR TRUCKS FROM HERE. Long story short, I rented a van 8-10 days in advance - the team waited until less than 15hrs before I was due to pick up the van to tell me it wouldn't be available because it was "In the shop" - which is fine, I get it, Vans have to get serviced, but when I asked how long it had been in the shop, they let me know it had been in for 4 days. 4 days I could have used to find a new reservation. Their solution? I should call all of the other Home Depots and try to find another moving solution. Great work guys. Called the 1 800 number to make a complaint - they logged the complaint but were unable to help beyond that. Hopefully Home Depot reaches out. . .
