Dee Ann Lee - State Farm Insurance Agent

OMG I finally did it I switch from Progressive to State Farm Ins. Dee Ann Lee has been for year have tried so hard to have me do all my Ins coverage for both my cars and condo. I keep both because Progressive Ins company my agent Patrick has been there for me and has handle all of my needs due to I have been so busy at times. Plus than here is Dee Ann State Farm who is really awesome and great though out the years has been trying but I never budge. Finally as of yesterday I finally called the State Farm office and I wanted to reach- out to Dee Ann and Jeremey answer the line and during the conversation he talked found a way to bundle all my need in one company and saving me some $$$$ in the long run and guess what I finally switch after 10+ years to State Farm because this guy knew his stuff and was able to convince that this company would be good in the long run. I would highly recommend State Farm to anyone and to talk to Jeremey or Dee Ann. Thanks Dee Ann and a high 5 to Jeremey big time it took a while but you are now my company for INS. Mahalo big time.

We had been with a previous insurance carrier from day one for years. With the sale of our first apartment and while simultaneously buying another, we needed to work with a carrier to ensure our coverage wasn't limited and also made sense for our budgets. He was patient with us during the process as our time and attention was limited during our sale and also wasn't pushy when we mentioned we were shopping with other carriers as well. Dee Ann and her staff are always ready to provide us with excellent service and if it is something that requires some research, they get back to us right away with the answers. We have been with Dee Ann for years and have always enjoyed working with her and her staff.

Everyone from this office is incredibly helpful and efficient. Shout out to my agent Jeremy Nakaza-Koizumi who always gets the answers I need regarding both home and auto insurance. Whenever I explain changing circumstances I reach out to Jeremy who will reply quickly with advice and then act on the choices I make. It makes a world of difference when I can get on the phone and chat with another local who lives and works in Hawaii. Much aloha!
