Marissa Sugano and her staff were there when I needed them! Quick response time and appointment to a body shop the same day I filed my claim. Im so happy I made the change to State Farm and even happier that I have Marissa as my agent. Thank you for taking care of me like family.

Above and beyond is an understatement of how Marissa and her crew have been there for my family. Within an hour after our house got flooded by our neighbor, Marissa was at our doorstep! I cannot thank her and her crew enough for getting us through that crazy ordeal. Hopefully we never have to go through that again, but if we do, I know that she always got our back. She truly is what a good neighbor should be.

Highly recommend Marissa for any and all of your insurance needs. As a new homeowner, we had no idea what to do when we found our downstairs completed flooded because our neighbors pipe busted. On top of that, we literally finished replacing our laminate flooring the night prior to the flood, so we were really heartbroken.
We called Marissa, who immediately started to make calls and got a professional water extraction team to our house in less than an hour. She even stopped by to reassure us that everything would be okay.
Though the experience as a whole was stressful, Im sure it would have been a whole lot worse if Marissa was not my insurance agent!
