Horrible company, I would never recommend it to anyone. Save a major headache and money with Geico or Liberty Mutual or any other company. This is a third world company.

After choir a long time on the phone seem like everything was really good and so I told the insurance agent I said well I got to go round up the money for the insurance policy and I diligently and did so when I called back the agent that was working with me was not there and I was informed they had made a lot of mistakes and now I would need more than double the amount I had on me to make a down payment for insuranc they refused to budge. My experience with this company was the worst I ever had I never thought I would have experienced such lack of aloha and pono. greedy on island of Maui. I moved here when I was 17 years old I'm 66 now. This insurance company has no breath.

Typical lack of professionalism that you find in smaller carriers. Reached out to their Sr. Risk Control Manager with a simple question and he didn't have the courtesy to respond. Even if you don't know the answer, professional courtesy dictates a response. Hopefully he's on vacation or away and hasn't yet viewed the message.

Kerry was the agent who helped me she was fast with response to any and all my questions very kind and professional attitude and most importantly she got me the a quote that fit my budget and she's very patient and understanding. All in all she was amazing and I'm so very HAPPY & BLESSED with my insurance coverage. Thank You so much again Ms. Kerry Foster you are a true STAR excellent service with a very positive friendly and caring attitude Mahalo and mych Aloha's 8. Our house roof has wind and rain damage, since June 2023, the adjuster and kapili roofing still has not started the repairs and adjuster paid them up front before the work, maybe he is on the Take. Trying to contact both agent and adjuster as well as kapili roofing no one calls back or answers the phone. Honing to post on social media and contact action line!!!
