Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I have been trying to get a tow truck for the past 3 hours I was called and confirmed that the tow was in route the tow truck never showed up and even stopped answering the phone. I have been trying to contact progressive to speak with someone to no avail. MY WORK TRUCK IS STILL SITTING IN THE ROAD FOR 3 HOURS!!!!!. Well I'm back it's March 18,2024 and Progressive still sucks I was broke down in traffic for 5 hours before I and the Honolulu police department helped secure a tow from a company they use all island towing, it was a bit pricey $350 to tow me 4 miles but because I do business with a sister company RJ Towing they dropped it to $250. But this is the kicker Progressive Insurance Company didn't call me to see if I had gotten home safely until 2:30 a.m but they didn't call to see if I was home they called me back after 10 hours of them placing a ticket that a tow truck was in route. I still haven't been reimbursed yet!

Super junk. They dont help you at all, only help themselves. Has been over an year, every paper signed accepting 1/10 of the value of my truck, then I asked for proof of vehicle of total loss and they denied it. Only call you to try to bait you and not pay.

They went above the call of duty when I needed them on the phone in an event.
