Choose this company if you like to throw your money down the drain.
We always paid my primium on time. Even though theirs is higher than others we think maybe that's fine since we have better coverage. Nope!! We were so wrong!
When a leak happened in our apartment, it took a few weeks to get hold of an adjuster. After the adjust came and checked the leak, he suggested we fix it first since it's a emergent situation. He'll discuss with the insurance company to decide on the reimbursement. Another couple of weeks went by, we finally got their letter. The decision they made - not paying a dime! We ended up to have to pay thousand of dollars for the repairs out of our own pocket. The company covers absolutely NOTHING!
The funny thing is, after everything happened. They still kept asking us to renew their policy and sending me bills. What a joke!
