        We waited for 20 minutes at the register area and nobody came to help us. I asked a cashier and she said they must be on break. Okay so what do I do? She said, nothing, shes on break. Wow! Excellent customer service. Will never come back here again.

        Do not bother mobile ordering at this terrible location. I waited 20 minutes for my order because they forgot to even check for mobile orders. I had to say something more than once. Multiple people were coming into the store, ordering, and getting their orders before me. Whats the point of mobile ordering if theyre just going to ignore it? This also is not the first time this has happened. Go to a different Starbucks location if you want to get to work on time.
