closed.. not surprised.
I absolutely don't like writing these type of reviews, but I feel this is a must.
Food presentation, cooking, taste, style... that is all subjective.
What makes or breaks something for me is customer service.

This is located at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel.
Like anyone who is having a conference or event there, we have free coffee coupons.
Even though you might get a small mocha or some other... it some how becomes $2 outta pocket to cover costs.
BUT what annoyed me was the girl at the front register. She didn't have a name tag, so I can't actually name her. She acts like she doesn't want to be there and isn't welcoming or friendly. This was the whole week I was there.
Besides that, everyone else and the coffee was good.

Nice place for morning coffee but the flavoured coffee fells very cheap and powdery.
