Starbucks

I am a DAILY Starbucks customer for years and got my coffees from multiple locations included kapahulu, kakaako, nuuanu, school street & etc.,...I ALWAYS have fantastic experiences with their staffs EXCEPT today at this keeaumoku location. One of their worker were really RUDE, IMPOLITE and UNPROFESSIONAL when I simply asked about their pricing differences ... So go to all OTHER nearby locations., don't go this one :(

Probably the best Starbucks on-island if you are a regular. Having recently moved to the mainland, I still miss the consistency and friendliness of this particular location and their staff. After a handful of visits, half the staff knew my order and began making it sometimes before I even put the order in. They always greeted me by name. On the rare occasion they messed up my order, they were always apologetic and quick to fix their mistakes (everyone makes mistakes!) If you order them via UberEats and they are out of a product (only happened twice ever in 3+ years), they even put a convenient little note and apology so you can get a refund easier! PS - unionize!

I was there May 3, by 5:30pm and I didnt make a purchase like I do every they because the barista that was going to make it the drink was cleaning the floor and she never washed her hands she started making orders with out washing her hands. Is ok I can take there attitude, no consistency on the de drinks but nasty hands No. Kid-friendliness: I dont need friendliness they dont need to be sheerleadears. They need to act like they happy or like their job and I dont get my coffee early because is so busy but in the afternoon is not busy or lines.
