        TERRIBLE Customer Service and they have NO CLUE how to handle device replacements or their own system! Been on the phone with the support team for the last 45 minutes and they still couldn't get the problem resolved. Insurance has been paid on my phone for the last 2 years and still they don't know what they're doing. I think I need to look for another company! Looking towards Verizon!
